Flipshots Summer Schedule

Gymnasts must be invited to participate in this facet of our program. Flipshots is a fast track to team and requires a year round commitment. Girls need above average strength, flexibility, listening skills and a strong desire to learn. We follow the USAG Level 1-3 program.

Preschool Summer Schedule

For girls and boys ages 18 months to 5 years. Students learn basic skills such as balancing, hanging, jumping and rolling on equipment scaled to their size.

10 Week Summer Session with Unlimited Make-ups!

Folks & Flips: Parent/child class for ages 18 months to 3 year old girls and boys

Mini Flips 1: 3-4 year old beginners girls and boys

Mini Flips 2: 4-5 year old beginner girls and boys or those who mastered skills in Mini 1

Dance and Flips: Dance and gymnastics at the preschool level for girls and boys ages 3-5

School Age Summer Schedule

KinderFlips through High School; each level has a planned progression of skills. Students will move to the next level once they have mastered those skills. Students practice vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline, along with stretching and conditioning exercises.

KinderFlips: Beginner girls in kindergarten

Flips 1: Beginner girls 1st grade and up

Flips 2: For girls mastering skills in Flips 1

Flips 10+: For beginner/intermediate girls 10 years old and up

Flips 3: For girls who have mastered skills in Flips 2

Flips 4: For girls who have mastered skills in Flips 3

High School Prep: For girls who have mastered skills in Flips 4

High School: For girls on a high school JV or Varsity team

Boys TNT Mini, Mighty & Masters:

TNT Mini is for beginner boys ages 5-6. TNT Mighty is beginner boys age 7-9 or who have mastered TNT Mini. TNT Masters is for boys ages 9+ and have mastered TNT Mighty.
The focus is on tumbling, trampoline, tumbling trampoline and mini-trampoline. Students will also focus on flexibility and conditioning that will prepare them for additional athletics and a healthy lifestyle.
